Alex Maples

Alex Maples is an experienced Information Technology Specialist with a career spanning over two decades. Currently working as a Tier 2 Work At Home Help Desk Contractor at Transcom since July 2019, Alex has previously served in various technical roles including Field Support Specialist at Field Advantage and Owner/Head Technician at TRUIT Denton Computer Repair, where skills in hardware, software, networking, and technical support were honed.
