Amber Phillips possesses extensive experience in employee engagement, communications, and on-air talent across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Branding Employee Engagement and Communications Manager for the Americas at Transcom since 2017, Amber previously held similar roles within North America and as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist. Concurrently, Amber has been an On-Air Talent with Local Radio Networks. Prior experience includes managerial and talent acquisition roles at Sitel and audio engineering and voice talent positions with Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK. Amber's early career featured on-air roles at NRG Media / Dial Global Local and several other radio stations, complemented by teaching Electronic Media Promotions at Iowa Western. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and two Associate degrees in Electronic Media Studies from Iowa Western.
