Ana Weijde currently serves as a Júnior Talent Acquisition Partner at Transcom, having begun this role in September 2023. Prior to this position, Ana gained experience as an Estagiário de recursos humanos at Leader - Empresa de Trabalho Temporário from March 2021 to July 2021 and worked as an Estagiário de marketing at AS - Acolhimento Sénior in May 2016 and at Green / Publiminho in June 2015. Ana holds a Mestrado in Sociology with a specialization in Organizations and Work from Universidade do Minho, obtained from September 2021 to October 2023, and a Licenciatura in Sociology from the same institution, completed in 2021. Additionally, Ana completed a Técnico course in Marketing at Escola Profissional de Braga from 2013 to 2016.
