Aouini Rym

AOUINI Rym has extensive experience in operational risk management and compliance within the BPO sector, currently serving as EMEA Regional Head Operational Risk Management and Compliance Manager at Transcom since July 2020. Rym previously held the position of Training and Quality Manager at Transcom from November 2019 to May 2020 and has a longstanding history with the company since 2007, including roles as Quality Analyst, Process Analyst, and Team Leader for 25 agents, focusing on Tele2 activities. Initial experience includes serving as an Outbound Agent in 2006. AOUINI Rym holds a Maitrise degree in Italian Language and Literature from Institut supérieur des langues Carthage, completed in 2009.
