Barimani Roja

Barimani Roja has over a decade of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Transcom since July 2011. Previous roles at Transcom include Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition, Operations Manager, and Senior Team Lead, showcasing a progressive career in leadership and team management. Prior to Transcom, Barimani held the position of Advanced TSR at SPi Global and worked as a Marketing Manager at Al Dente Restaurant. Educationally, Barimani earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Iloilo Doctors' College in 2008.
