Daniel Szyprowski

Daniel Szyprowski has extensive work experience in the field of IT and business partnerships. Daniel started their career as a Sales Associate at Sutherland in 2009 and later moved into the role of a Reporting Specialist. In 2014, they became a Campaign Manager, where they were responsible for program launch, support for operations, and client relations. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of IT Business Relationship Manager, overseeing the technology infrastructure and managing a team. In 2022, Daniel joined Transcom as an IT Business Partner for North America. Daniel has recently been promoted to the position of Vice President - IT Business Partner Americas & APAC, which they currently hold.

Daniel Szyprowski attended SUNY Brockport from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Business Management. In 2016, they obtained certifications in IVR Manager (No TTS) and Operations Management from Noble Systems.
