Francis Manangan

Francis Manangan is a Business Continuity Planning Manager at Transcom Worldwide, where they manage the overall Business Continuity Planning (BCP) process. Francis has held this position since 2015 and is responsible for ensuring the resilience of critical business processes, preparing contingency-related policies, and coordinating emergency response training. Additionally, they were a University Student Assistant in the Political Science Department at the University of the Philippines from 2004 to 2005. Francis has also served as a Business Continuity Planning Manager at TELUS International Philippines since 2008, contributing significantly to their BCP activities. They hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education with a major in History and a minor in Filipino from the University of the Philippines, as well as pursuing further education in Social Studies.
