Gemma Martín, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced HR Director and Senior HR Leader with a robust background in global functions within matrix organizations. Having held significant roles at Western Union from 2011 to 2024 and at FEXCO earlier, they currently serve as the Head of HR at Transcom Nearshore, where they lead HR operations for over 500 employees while overseeing integration and culture transformation initiatives. Gemma holds a Licenciatura in Derecho from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha and has completed a module in Data Visualization and Storytelling from The Valley Digital Business School.
