Iulian Bacain

Iulian Bacain has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Iulian is currently working at Transcom as the CX & T&S Growth VP, starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Conectys, where they held multiple roles. From 2015 to 2023, they served as the Sales and Marketing VP, where they implemented various strategies to target global organizations and enhance the company's outsourced services pricing model. Iulian also co-designed outsourced customer experience solutions for Fortune 500 companies and played a significant role in winning multiple industry awards. From 2012 to 2015, Bacain was the Sales and Marketing Director at Conectys, where they automated the sales and marketing pipeline management and coordinated the launch of a new company website. Before joining Conectys, they worked at Hewlett-Packard Romania SRL as the Order Management and Reporting Team Lead from 2007 to 2008. Bacain's earlier experience includes working at Conectys from 2005 to 2007 in various roles in the KYC Division.

Iulian Bacain has an Executive MBA with a major in Marketing: New Product Development from The University of Sheffield, which they completed between 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Global Project Management Coordinator degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București, which they completed between 2004 and 2006. Iulian also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution, which they earned between 2000 and 2004. Iulian Bacain also has a certification as an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Auditor from TÜV Rheinland AG.
