Jeff Blair currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer for the Americas and APAC regions at Transcom since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff held various senior leadership positions at Sutherland from June 2017 to November 2023, including Senior Vice President and Global Sales Head for the Customer Experience Management Practice, Senior Vice President and Vertical Sales Head for Communications, Media & Enterprise, and Vice President of Client Engagement and Partner. Earlier in Jeff's career, positions included National Sales Manager at StarTek from January 2001 to January 2004, and Global Account Manager at Agilera from January 2000 to January 2001. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Northern Colorado and is a graduate of Northglenn High School.
