Jihen Chehaider

Jihen CHEHAIDER has over a decade of experience in training and quality management at Transcom, having started as a Quality Lead from December 2011 to January 2015 before progressing to various roles including Trainer and Quality Analyst. Since November 2015, Jihen has served as the Training & Quality Manager and Trainer for PayPal, focusing on the FR, ROW, and MENA markets. Jihen holds a Maitrise en finance and is pursuing a 1ere année mastère en finance from FSEG Tunis, completed between 2003 and 2008.
