Justinas Valeika

Justinas Valeika has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 with Southwestern Advantage as a Bookman, where they engaged in direct door-to-door sales and made successful sales worth around $15,000. Justinas then joined Transcom, where they held various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Product Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, Training and Quality Manager, Senior Training and Quality Manager (Kaunas and Lithuania), and Regional Leadership Development Manager (North Europe). In these positions, Justinas demonstrated expertise in leadership development, training and quality improvement, online course creation, career pathing and succession management, recruitment, mentoring, consultative sales development training programs, and DISC personality assessment training. Justinas also developed training modules for soft skills related to the contact centre industry. Currently, Justinas is serving as the Head of HR Nordics, Baltics, Netherlands, and Iberia at Transcom.

Justinas Valeika obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Vytautas Magnus University from 2010 to 2014.
