Lars van der Las

Lars van der Las has been with Transcom since October 2001, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager for the EMEA region and previously as VP Client Service Manager EMEIA. In these roles, Lars has overseen operational management for multiple COPC Certified sites in Europe and the United States, focusing on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Lars has also held positions such as Global Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Business Manager, managing teams of up to 170 agents. Prior experience includes roles in public relations at FOK! and as a call center agent at SNT / SDC van Straten. Lars holds a degree from the University of Groningen and has completed various management training and certifications, including COPC.
