Matija Barišić

Matija Barišić has over 18 years of work experience, starting as a System Engineer at Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. from 2002 to 2005. Matija then joined VIPnet d.o.o., where they held various roles including Rating Expert, Rating Services Supervisor, and DWH Development Manager from 2005 to 2015. Matija also worked at NEC Corporation as a Pre-sales Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Solution Architect from 2015 to 2020. Matija is currently the IT Business & Innovation Director at Transcom since March 2020. Throughout their career, Matija has been responsible for various technical and managerial tasks such as system configuration, solution design, project management, and vendor management. Matija has strong expertise in the telecommunications and IT industries.

Matija Barišić earned a B.Sc.E.E degree in Telecommunications and Informatics from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing Zagreb, where they attended from 1993 to 2001.
