Max Handa

Max Handa has a strong background in HR operations and employee experience. Their most recent position was as the Senior Director of HR Shared Services at Transcom, where they are currently employed. Before that, they worked at Mondelēz International from 2015 to 2020, where they held various leadership roles including HR Operations & Employee Experience - Global Service Line Lead and HR Shared Services Operations Lead AMEA. Prior to Mondelēz International, they worked at NGA Human Resources as an HR Operations Manager for APAC from 2013 to 2015. Max Handa also has experience in technical and customer service roles at IBM, where they worked from 2005 to 2012, holding roles such as Asst. manager and SME - Tech Lead.

Max Handa attended Vidya Bharati School from 1989 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Finance. Max later studied at Delhi University from 2002 to 2005, obtaining a B Com (h) degree with a focus on commerce and maths.
