Nikolai Ussov

Nikolai Ussov is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional IT Director for Northern Europe at Transcom since December 2016, Ussov has held several positions within the company, including IT Delivery Manager for EMEA NE and Regional IT Manager. Prior experience includes being the IT Services Manager for the Baltics, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan at GE, where responsibilities involved local ombuds management and transport TSA governance. Ussov also spent nearly a decade at Alstom, where the role encompassed IT operations and services management for Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, including extensive responsibilities in project management and communication with business management. Earlier career experience includes serving as an IT Specialist at the Ida Police Department. Ussov holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and System Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
