Oussema Zoghlami is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operational excellence, currently serving as an EMEA HR Project Specialist at Transcom since September 2015. Oussema's career at Transcom includes roles as an Operational Excellence Data Scientist, Senior Quality Analyst, Team Leader, Quality Lead, and Customer Service Representative.
