Rowena Cruz

Rowena Cruz has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager - HRBP and Sr. Human Resource Manager - Payroll at Transcom since April 2011, overseeing payroll for nearly 10,000 full-time employees across four sites in the Philippines. Prior to this role, Rowena worked at ePerformax from 2004 to 2011, holding positions as a Financial Planning Analyst-Payroll, Payroll Officer, and Project Officer, where responsibilities included end-to-end payroll computation and inventory management. Rowena holds a Post Bachelors Degree in Entrepreneurial Management with a major in Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
