Sander van der Meer

Sander van der Meer currently serves as Head of M&A at Transcom, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this, Sander was Head of M&A and M&A Manager at Sweco from October 2015 to April 2022, where significant value creation was driven through successful acquisitions. Sander's earlier experience includes the role of Group Business Controller at Sweco, where responsibilities encompassed business performance reviews post-acquisition of Grontmij NV, and as Group Business Controller at Grontmij from October 2012 to October 2015, focusing on financial analysis and management reporting. Sander also worked as a Senior Manager in the Capital Markets Group at PwC Nederland from January 2011 to October 2012, advising on capital markets transactions, and held positions at PwC in Transaction Services and as an Audit Professional from September 2000 to January 2011. Sander holds a MSc & RA in Accounting and Auditing from Nyenrode Business University, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
