Sebastian Steinbrink

Sebastian Steinbrink is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning various roles in operations, training, and event moderation. As the founder of Moderatorenhaus since May 2025, Sebastian provides moderation services for events and podcasts. Concurrently, Sebastian holds the titles of Training Supervisor and Senior Teamlead at Transcom, where responsibilities include overseeing team leaders, developing KPIs, and managing the Vattenfall account. Additional experience includes roles in operations leadership at Telefónica and Borussia Dortmund, where project management and digitalization of stadium tours were key focuses. Sebastian is also active in community service as a board member of the Schiedsrichtervereinigung Mülheim an der Ruhr and serves as a youth sports court member and referee for the Fußballverband Niederrhein e.V. Educational qualifications include degrees from Bielefeld University and TU Dortmund University, along with a vocational qualification in banking from Robert Schuman Berufskolleg.
