Sharafat Ali has over two decades of experience in the technology and project management sectors. Currently serving as a Global Voice Architect in the Central Projects Team at Transcom Worldwide since July 2012, Sharafat is also an integral member of a three-person team focused on central projects. Previously, Sharafat held the position of Managing Director at Zeenat Technologies Ltd from January 1998 to 2000, overseeing all aspects of company management. Sharafat's educational background includes studies at Moor End Technology College from 1982 to 1986 and further education at Huddersfield Technical College.
