Simran Sandhu has a diverse background in customer service and IT support, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Transcom since June 2022. Prior to this role, Simran worked as an IT Support Specialist at NPower Canada from January to May 2022, driven by a strong curiosity about the role of technology in enhancing business value.
