Simran Sandhu has a diverse background in customer service and IT support, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Transcom since June 2022. Prior to this role, Simran worked as an IT Support Specialist at NPower Canada from January to May 2022, driven by a strong curiosity about the role of technology in enhancing business value. Experience also includes a position at Costa Rica Global Learning Programs in 2021, where Simran crafted business templates and reports to improve organizational communication. Earlier experience at Dollarama involved part-time work as a sales employee, where valuable skills in customer service, composure during busy periods, and attention to detail were developed.
