Tania Seixas is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in training, production, and the arts. Currently serving as the Training and Quality Manager at Transcom since August 2023, Tania is also a co-founder and producer at Carrossel de Letras since July 2019, where contributions include writing and dramaturgy. Tania has a rich freelance background in make-up artistry, face and body painting, acting, and costume creation since 2004. As the owner of TRILHOS from July 2022 to July 2023, Tania successfully created and implemented a cultural bar project, hosting events and supporting artistic training. Previous experience includes producing for ENTREtanto TEATRO from 2010 to 2017, collaborating directly with Júnior Sampaio on various theatre projects, and working in wardrobe at LIGHTBOX Film & Advertising. Tania's educational background includes a CCP in Theatre from ESMAE and a Tecnico-profissional degree in Fashion Design from Escola de Moda do Porto, alongside ongoing studies in a Master's program.
