Valgena Shuli Msc

Valgena Shuli (Halili), Msc, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Transcom since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Swisscontact as a Trainer, responsible for developing training programs and materials, and serving as a Human Resources Manager at Mektrin Motors. Valgena has also worked as a Mentore aziendale on the C4EE Project at Swisscontact and as General Manager at 4 Elements Communication, overseeing strategic planning and management. Additional work experience includes internships at Zyre Kontabel ATC and Procredit Bank Albania. Valgena holds a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tirana.
