Norbert Kuiper

Norbert Kuiper is the owner of NCP Recruitment since July 1, 2020, focusing on creating the right match between clients and candidates. Current positions also include co-owner and recruitment consultant at NCP Interim BV, aimed at connecting organizations with interim professionals since 1974. Norbert serves as a corporate recruiter on an interim basis for TransConnect and previously supported various companies in recruitment roles, including VHZ Groep and ELIS. With a background in commercial economics from Hanzehogeschool Groningen, Norbert has extensive experience in recruitment across multiple sectors, including interim roles in hospitality and corporate environments from 2016 to present.
