Beatriz Rutzen, P.E. is a Quality Assurance Manager for the Southwest Region at TransCore, bringing over 12 years of experience in the toll industry and electronic toll collecting systems. They have previously held roles such as Assistant Project Manager at Terra Construction Inc., and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin. Beatriz has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effectively managing multiple teams and establishing new procedures. They hold an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico and a Master's Degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Beatriz is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with knowledge of Portuguese.
