Katherine Kelley is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in toll collection systems and telecommunications. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Operations and Sr. Manager of IT and Maintenance at TransCore since November 2017, Katherine oversees maintenance operations for toll projects in the Mid-Atlantic region, including prominent initiatives such as VDOT’s I66 ITB Dynamic Pricing Toll System. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager for Mid-Atlantic Projects at TransCore and various engineering positions at Verizon Wireless and Ericsson Telecommunications/Sprint Nextel, where responsibilities included managing 3G and 4G equipment, supervising field technicians, and enhancing customer satisfaction through performance testing. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Internetworking Technology from Strayer University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
