Steve Elkins

Steve Elkins is the Deputy General Counsel and Director of Contracts at TransCore. They previously held roles such as Senior Advisor for Bredesen for Senate and Of Counsel at Farrar | Wright, PLLC. With extensive legal experience, Steve served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Aid & Assist At Home, LLC, and was the Legal Counsel to the Governor of Tennessee. They also practiced as a Partner at Carney|Elkins|Curry, PLC, and were the President & CEO of Chapel Home Care. Steve holds a BS in Finance and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee, both earned summa cum laude.
