Fiona Windsor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and office management, currently serving as Manager of Business Development Operations at tranScrip since April 2023. In this role, Fiona supports service realization, contracting, proposals, and business development operations. Prior to tranScrip, Fiona held various positions at Real Regulatory Ltd, including Office Manager and Business Development/QMS Document Controller, overseeing daily administrative functions and regulatory documentation support since September 2011. Fiona also has experience as a PA/Office Administrator at CRS Mobile Cold Storage and as a Customer Services Administrator at NEWSPREAD LTD. Fiona's educational background includes degrees in Legal Secretary Studies and Accounting and Finance, along with ongoing professional development in lead generation and sales pipeline management. Additionally, Fiona is pursuing a qualification in Mental Health First Aid International set to conclude in February 2024.
