Glen Bott has an extensive work history in various leadership and management roles. Glen began their career at GE Transportation in 2006 as a Materials Manager, responsible for managing materials and inventory. Glen then moved up to the role of Quality Leader, where they led a team in improving quality and processes for a specific region. After that, Glen became a Project Manager, overseeing various projects and ensuring their successful completion. Glen later took on the position of Business Development Process Leader, focusing on developing and implementing strategies for business growth. From 2013 to 2018, Glen served as the Operations Leader for Western Canada, where they were responsible for managing operations and leading a team. In 2019, they joined BC Ferries as the Regional Manager for Terminal Maintenance, overseeing maintenance operations in the region. Currently, Glen is the Managing Director at Transdev Canada, where they are responsible for the strategic development and performance of a business unit. Glen prioritizes leadership and engaging with customers and stakeholders.
Glen Bott has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Glen Bott holds certifications as an ISO Auditor from GE Transportation, which they obtained in June 2010, and as a Six Sigma Green Belt, also obtained from GE Transportation, in June 2006.
