Jolin Serge

Jolin Serge is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in project management, maintenance, and education in the transportation and automotive sectors. Currently serving at Transdev Canada as Chief Project Manager and Director of Maintenance since January 2017, Jolin oversees various projects related to service operations and vehicle maintenance across eight divisions in Quebec. Additionally, Jolin works as an instructor at École de technologie supérieure, teaching financial management within the maintenance management program. Previous roles include strategic advisor at the Association du transport urbain du Québec and experience in operations management at Société de transport de Montréal, where Jolin worked for over 31 years in different capacities, starting as a diesel mechanic. Jolin also has a solid background in teaching automotive mechanics at the secondary level and managing training centers for truck drivers and hazardous materials transport. Educational qualifications include a D.E.P. in diesel mechanics and automotive mechanics from various institutions in Canada.
