Joseph Gauci

Joseph Gauci is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in the transit industry. Currently serving as a Technical Instructor at Transdev Canada since March 2022, Joseph specializes in developing training documentation, including syllabi, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments, while tracking training progress to ensure key competencies are achieved. Prior roles include Maintenance Training Supervisor at Crosslinx Transit Solutions (July 2019 - March 2022) and Maintenance Instructor at Keolis Group (October 2017 - July 2019), where Joseph developed and delivered training for various technical roles and contributed to the development of a Rulebook for Light Rail Vehicle Maintenance Operations. Joseph also served for over three decades at the Toronto Transit Commission, where responsibilities included creating and delivering maintenance training for Low Floor Light Rail Vehicles and developing the Light Rail Vehicle Technician Program.
