Ron Graves

Ron Graves is currently the Manager of Operations at Transdev Canada, where they utilize their extensive background in custom transit and safety management to deliver safe transportation for people with disabilities and seniors. Previously, Ron held various roles at MVT Canadian Bus Inc., including Operations Manager and Safety Manager, where they successfully reduced accident rates and improved worker reintegration processes. Prior to that, Ron served as General Manager and Assistant Manager at Semiahmoo House Society, overseeing HandyDART services and implementing significant operational changes. Ron began their career as a HandyDART Operator for Translink, ensuring exceptional customer service for individuals with diverse needs. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and continue to advance their expertise through ongoing training at the BC Safety Council.
