Trevor Townsend

Trevor Townsend is an IT Manager at Transdev Canada since February 2023, leading a team of six IT specialists focused on the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. Concurrently, Trevor serves as IT Manager for First Student|First Transit Shared Services, overseeing compliance with ITIL processes and managing critical incident triage. Previous roles include Application Support Manager and Technical Support Analyst for First Transit, and various technical and support positions at MVT Canadian Bus Inc., where Trevor addressed client issues, managed software installations, and facilitated data center migrations. Trevor holds a degree from the University of the Fraser Valley.
