Andreea Andrei

Andreea Andrei is an experienced leader specializing in transformation and procurement operations, currently serving as the Head of I&O Transformation and Service Catalogue Management at Transdev since March 2024. Previously, Andreea held the position of Digital Procurement Transformation Manager at Kingfisher plc, where responsibilities included executing the procurement tools roadmap and coordinating punchout integration. At AXA Partners, Andreea worked as the Diversity and Inclusion Leader, overseeing the French D&I network, and as a Transformation Program Manager, where contributions centered on building and executing procurement tools and leading agile transformation efforts. Prior roles at AXA and AXA Assistance included managing vendor risk programs, leading IT transformation initiatives, and supporting global CIO operations. Andreea holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School and a degree from the University of Bucharest.
