Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown is a commercially focused CFO with over 20 years of experience in senior roles, including 13 years at board level. They have a proven track record of enhancing profitability through restructuring, acquisitions, and turnarounds within private equity, PLC, and private company environments. Andrew's major achievements include the financial integration and liquidation of an £80 million company and the successful turnaround of a distressed business from annual losses of £12 million to profits of £2 million. They currently serve as Chief Financial Officer at Transdev, after holding significant financial director positions at various companies, including DB Schenker and Novomatic UK. Andrew holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University and is a qualified member of CIMA.
