Audrey Keraval

Audrey KERAVAL is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational management, quality, safety, and environmental governance within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Directrice d'Exploitation at Transdev since December 2013, Audrey oversees operational management for the Marne-la-Vallée sector, leading a team of 235 drivers, managing performance indicators, budgeting, and stakeholder relations. Prior to this role, Audrey was responsible for quality, safety, and environmental management, driving company strategy, performance indicators, and internal communication. Audrey's earlier experience includes serving as Responsable Marketing et Communication interne at Autocars de Marne-la-Vallée, where responsibilities included marketing operations, client communication, and CRM management. Audrey holds a Master 1 degree in Merchandising and retail management from ICD Business School and a DUT in Marketing Techniques from CFA Descartes – UPEM.
