Aurélien BACQ is currently the Responsable Expérience et Voix du Client at the Direction Client Voyageur France et Groupe. With a background in communication and marketing, Aurélien previously held roles at Agence DB Conseil and RATP Dev as a Chargé de communication and Responsable communication & Assistant Marketing, respectively. They also contributed as an Assistant marketing at Transdev. Aurélien earned a Brevet de technicien supérieur in Comptabilité et Gestion des organisations and a Master 2 in Marketing et Management, both with honors.
