Leila Garnier

Leila Garnier is an accomplished professional in urban transportation management with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since January 2009, Leila has served as Directrice Générale at Transdev, overseeing the Citura urban network, now known as Grand Reims Mobilités, which encompasses 143 municipalities. Prior to this, Leila held directorial positions managing regional establishments in Saint Brieuc, Lannion, and Dinan, and was responsible for both departmental and tourism-related transportation services. Earlier career experience includes serving as Responsable d'exploitation at AMETIS from January 2006 to December 2008, managing a team of 300 drivers and 20 operational supervisors. Academically, Leila holds a master's degree in urban services management and a DESS in urban transportation from CY Cergy Paris Université.
