Luc Deroche

Luc Deroche has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Directeur des ressources humaines for Transdev since 2011, overseeing HR strategy and representing management in employee relations for a network of 544 employees. Previously, Deroche held various roles at Veolia Transport, including DRH pôle, where responsibilities encompassed HR policy development for 1,200 staff, and at Campus Veolia, focusing on social studies within the environmental sector. With a strong academic background in organizational production and HR management from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and University of Paris I, Deroche has demonstrated expertise in HR development, project management, and social sciences throughout a career that began in 1994.
