Mario Major

Mario Major is a specialist in railway transport with extensive experience in safety management and regulatory oversight. They have held significant roles at the Ministère de la Transition écologique, where they served as a chargé de mission in 2022 and as chef du pôle technique at the Bureau de la sécurité des transports guidés from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, Mario worked as a chargé d'études Autorisations at EPSF from 2006 to 2013 and managed safety systems at Eurocargorail/Deutsch Bahn from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Mario is an expert in safety management systems and regulatory monitoring at Transdev. They earned a DESS/Master in transport security from Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in 2004.
