Nikki Farrell

Nikki Farrell currently serves as an Event Coordinator for LUAS at Transdev, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nikki was the Luas Network Duty Manager at Transdev from January 2014 to August 2022, overseeing the management of the Network Management Center and the overall Luas operation. Additionally, Nikki held the position of Interim Head of Standards and Compliance, focusing on achieving significant results. Before joining Transdev, Nikki worked at Veolia Transport Dublin Light Rail as the Luas Customer Care Manager and was the Customer Care Team Lead at Easypass, where responsibilities included managing the call center operations and customer service functions. Nikki's educational background includes studies at Deansrath Community College from 1985 to 1990.
