Omar Browne

Omar Browne served as a Quartermaster 3rd Class in the US Navy from 1989 to 1992 before transitioning to a career in transit operations. They held various management roles at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority from 2005 to 2013, including Operations Manager of MetroAccess, where they oversaw contract compliance and service delivery. Omar worked as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at LogistiCare before joining Transdev as General Manager in 2024, where they are responsible for managing operations and client relations. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Howard University between 1994 and 1998.
