Pierre Gau

Pierre Gau is an experienced professional in asset performance and maintenance management, currently serving as the Asset Performance Director for LUAS and Directeur Technique du réseau de Dublin at Transdev since July 2021. Previously, Pierre held various managerial roles at Transamo, including Team Manager and Business Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing a portfolio in rolling stock, maintenance, and leading a team of engineers. Notable achievements include overseeing complex projects such as the implementation of tramway lines in Montpellier and Tours, as well as managing maintenance operations for a fleet of trams and buses at Transdev from 2012 to 2017. Pierre started a career at RATP as the Operational Deployment Manager for the "renouveau du métro" project and holds an engineering degree from the Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, earned in 2007.
