Randy Charn is currently the General Manager at First Transit, where they manage an ADA Paratransit facility contracted to NJ Transit, serving several counties in New Jersey since 2007. In a prior role at Laidlaw Transit from 2000 to 2001, they oversaw operations at an ADA transportation facility in Louisville. Randy also served as a Project Manager, overseeing a similar facility for NJ Transit. They hold a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
