Sandy Dunlap, M.Ed., is a seasoned professional in training and leadership development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Sandy serves as the Head of Global Training & Leadership Development at Transdev, focusing on autonomous vehicle operations and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Previously, Sandy was the Director of Learning and Knowledge Solutions at Fiserv, leading a diverse team in developing educational programs for contact centers. Sandy's tenure at Bechtel Corporation included roles as Organizational Change Manager and Corporate Learning & Development Manager, where projects emphasized change management and quality leadership training. Sandy also held managerial positions at Raytheon, contributing significantly to learning solutions in quality assurance and leadership. Sandy holds a Master's Degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Arizona State University.
