Allan Tomic has a rich background in the hospitality industry, starting their career as a Sommelier and working their way up to Assistant Food Beverage Manager and Head Sommelier on various cruise ships. Allan then transitioned to the role of Head Chef at Ginos Cafe before moving on to Transdev Australia & New Zealand where Allan currently serves as Operations Manager, overseeing operations at Australia's biggest bus depot. Allan has also held positions as Customer Experience Manager, Operations Supervisor, and dual roles as Operations Manager and Customer Experience Manager.
