With over 35 years of experience across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia, Gary is recognized for achieving significant turnaround results in complex, unionized environments, improving safety, service reliability, and customer satisfaction. A member of Transdev's global executive team and a graduate of the Trans’Lead program, Gary utilizes a collaborative, data-driven approach to enhance public transport networks through operational consistency and digital capability uplift. Prior to their current role, they held various leadership positions at Virgin Trains, focusing on operations and customer experience.
