Rebecca Shearon

Rebecca Shearon is currently working as a People and Culture Manager at Transdev Australasia since July 2022. Prior to this, Rebecca held various roles at Transurban from August 2014 to August 2021, including Head of People and Culture in QLD. Their career in human resources began at Queensland Motorways as a Human Resources Consultant from August 2010 to July 2014. Rebecca also has experience as a Vice President at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where Rebecca focused on Employee Relations. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Management from QUT and a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching from The Open Door Coaching Group.
