Lee Becker

Lee Becker has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lee began their career as a Project Engineer at Paragon Development before taking on the role of Molding Operations Manager. After that, they joined Polymics, Ltd as a Production Manager, eventually progressing to the position of Plant Manager. At Rain Bird, Becker served as a Production Manager and later as a Plant Manager, where they had full operational and P&L responsibility for an extrusion plant. Lee then moved to Esterline where they held the positions of Director of Operations and Senior Director of Operations, overseeing various responsibilities related to manufacturing, quality, customer service, procurement, distribution, and compliance. Currently, Becker is employed at TransDigm Group Inc. as the Vice President of Operations and Quality for Adams Rite Aerospace with previous roles as Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations. Overall, Becker's work experience showcases a strong background in operations and leadership roles.

Lee Becker completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
